Marsh & Parsons – The Landlord’s Nightmare

The Steeple Times condemns Marsh & Parsons as the worst estate agency in Britain; they make even Foxtons look professional

If you want incompetents to manage the letting or selling of your house or flat in London, call Marsh & Parsons.

This firm of charlatans simply don’t care about the people who entrust their properties to them. They hide behind GDPR and the Data Protection Act when asked almost any question and with a staff turnover unlike any other firm, what results are offices filled with lackadaisical dimwits of the first order and the worst customer service known to man.

Marsh & Parsons promote themselves with the strangest of adverts; the naked truth is that they are as much use as a chocolate teapot.

Do NOT rent your property to this dodgy bloke – Francesco Grasso is someone who’d sell his granny for a dime; he is someone to be avoided at all costs and in spite of being highlighted as questionable on the LonRes website used by agents was shockingly recommended as a tenant by Marsh & Parsons.

In the example of one Knightsbridge property owner, this shower suggested a tenant, one Francesco Grasso (a turd of a character who also goes by the name of ‘Gigi’), on the basis of using a credit referencing report that simply showed a tenant completely unable to cover the rent agreed. They bamboozled their client into accepting this dodgy man – who subsequently stopped paying rent yet still was able to turn her house into an AirBnb house of multiple occupation – and later, it transpired, that one of their (now former) staff had close links to Grasso even.

Subsequently, in spite of charging her a fortune, Marsh & Parsons did nothing to help the property owner in her quest to recover her home. They claimed none of this was their fault and yesterday, when contacted by The Steeple Times, a representative named ‘Darren’ lackadaisically claimed the firm’s lettings director Graeme Young “had nothing to say.” In response, we suggest that no reader hire this bloodsucking Dracula-like firm and we today condemn them as not “the landlord’s prayer” that they claim to be. Marsh & Parsons, in fact, are nothing but the “landlord’s nightmare.”

  1. Fucking twats! Their staff colluded with Grasso on many other properties. It’s terrible they still took fees from this lady and didn’t offer any help!

  2. After reading this I am shocked. I will be taking all my business away from these crooks. I did hear about this case from a friend in Belgravia and couldn’t believe it. Thank you for sharing this Mr. Steeples, I will share will my associates.

  3. Thank you for the warning. My father does a lot of property in London. Will make sure he is aware and can share the message. It be different if they tried to help this poor lady at least. Very disappointing.

  4. Well done for exposing the criminally negligent and incompetent estate agents and the shameless crook Grasso. It has become widespread pest in Knightsbridge and not only for crooks to rent flats then turn them into airbn business and maison de passe type brothels. This must be reined in and eradicated, landlords should be alert to the scams lurking

  5. There are so many cowboy estate agents in London it really is the Wild West. I had a truly terrible experience with dodgy Foxtons and now take delight watching the share drop like a stone. They won’t be around much longer.

  6. Up springs that crooks name Grasso again. Surely people and honest agents must know his face and name by now. Landlords of the area should paste this pricks face all over the place and shame him. Apart from that, he needs his legs broken, CROOK tattooed across his forehead, and a one year lease shoved up his arse.

  7. It’s a shame the agent feels more compelled to defend his terrible (perhaps not intentionally) performance than to try and rectify the situation. If estate agents believe they deserve fees for successful lettings, they should also have the integrity to hold themselves accountable for unsuccessful lettings. N’est-ce pas? Maybe lettings aren’t really an honest way to make a buck full stop…
