The Steeple Times condemns Marsh & Parsons as the worst estate agency in Britain; they make even Foxtons look professional
If you want incompetents to manage the letting or selling of your house or flat in London, call Marsh & Parsons.
This firm of charlatans simply don’t care about the people who entrust their properties to them. They hide behind GDPR and the Data Protection Act when asked almost any question and with a staff turnover unlike any other firm, what results are offices filled with lackadaisical dimwits of the first order and the worst customer service known to man.
In the example of one Knightsbridge property owner, this shower suggested a tenant, one Francesco Grasso (a turd of a character who also goes by the name of ‘Gigi’), on the basis of using a credit referencing report that simply showed a tenant completely unable to cover the rent agreed. They bamboozled their client into accepting this dodgy man – who subsequently stopped paying rent yet still was able to turn her house into an AirBnb house of multiple occupation – and later, it transpired, that one of their (now former) staff had close links to Grasso even.
Subsequently, in spite of charging her a fortune, Marsh & Parsons did nothing to help the property owner in her quest to recover her home. They claimed none of this was their fault and yesterday, when contacted by The Steeple Times, a representative named ‘Darren’ lackadaisically claimed the firm’s lettings director Graeme Young “had nothing to say.” In response, we suggest that no reader hire this bloodsucking Dracula-like firm and we today condemn them as not “the landlord’s prayer” that they claim to be. Marsh & Parsons, in fact, are nothing but the “landlord’s nightmare.”
