Situated within a building known as ‘The Wilbraham’ at 282 to 284 Fifth Avenue or 1 West 30th Street in NoMad, a studio within the building is on offer for £2,100 ($2,700 or €2,500 or درهم‎‎9,900) per month.

 

Constructed between 1888 and 1890 in the Romanesque revival style and described as “bachelor apartment hotel”, The Wilbraham is clad in Philadelphia brick and brownstone from quarries in Belleville, New Jersey. It originally had a dining room on its eighth floor, is considered “quite an imposing piece of architecture” and admitted women in 1929.
