There is nothing eccentric about Rees-Mogg. His oratory is superb; integrity beyond doubt and common sense blatant.
Just because he likes well made suits hardly qualifies him as eccentric.
Of course, compared to his parliamentary colleagues, he is different….what a dreary bunch most of them are.
