The Eva Harold of funerals was exposed in articles in the Mail on Sunday and The Sun in September 2017. Described as “sad but clearly deranged” and a “Burial Betsie” also, Theresa Doyle, aged 65, from Slough, Berkshire supposedly gatecrashes funerals, church masses and events at Sikh temples so that she can “pounce on the spreads” laid on by amongst others grieving families. “Slammed” as shameless, Mrs Doyle reportedly eats all she can and then fills Tupperware boxes to take fill her freezer. When approached, this brash disgrace justified her actions by stating: “That’s my business.”
