Created by Preciousbluedot in association with David Cameron’s personal trainer Matt Roberts, MyCloudtag provides pocket exercise programmes that you can participate in at anytime and anywhere. There are based on goals about such things as fat loss, back care, health and wellbeing and the app also provides videos illustrating how to complete the exercises described.

 

My Cloudtag is about personal empowerment and we make it our first Website of the Week in 2015.
