That Ben Fogle shared his views on “bathroom style” speaks volumes to where he is positioned in society
Yesterday, in The Sunday Times, television presenter Ben Fogle joined the likes of the poker faced interior decorator Kelly Hoppen and shared details of what the paper called “The Bath to Glory.”
God help us all. Fogle first came to fame (alongside his Labrador) on a show called Castaway. He’d previously worked at Tatler – as any posh person would naturally do – and inherited a bit of a bung from a gay colleague. Subsequently married to another aristo, he then featured in a tremendous Internet game called something like ‘Punch Ben Fogle’ and really, aside from the odd television appearance, was only notable for nearly throwing one of his children out of a window whilst high (he claimed his drink was spiked).
In yesterday’s article, Fogle revealed: “I love tiles” and that he’d paid £80 for some “cross-shaped bath taps.” Classy.
