Paedophile Max Clifford charged with allegation of indecent assault
Convicted sex offender and former publicist Max Clifford has been charged with one count of indecent assault allegedly committed in 1981 and will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 21st July.
Of his arrest, Baljit Ubhey, Chief Crown Prosecutor for CPS London, remarked:
“We have carefully considered the evidence gathered as part of Operation Yewtree in relation to Max Clifford, who was arrested at Littlehey Prison on 12th March”.
“Having completed our review, we have concluded that there is sufficient evidence and it is in the public interest for Mr Clifford to be charged with one offence of indecent assault”.
Max Clifford, 72, ruined many lives during his career and his appeal against his conviction for eight indecent assaults on girls and women aged between 14 and 19 was rightly rejected last November. This evil paedophile deserved the eight year jail sentence he received in May 2014 and with this new charge comes yet another example of how horrific this monster truly is.
