David Cameron should not have gone surfing; he should have recalled Parliament
David Cameron did the right thing in returning to London in the wake of the execution of the journalist James Foley by a British jihadi. Just as President Obama did in heading off to play golf, Cameron took exactly the wrong course of action yesterday, however, in being seen on a public beach with a surfboard and tweeting images of where he is holidaying.
This Prime Minister has a background in corporate affairs and communications. As such, how on earth could he think this to be the right image to send out at this moment in time? For his dereliction of duty, we make David Cameron our most worthy Wally of the Week.
