Lady Gaga in £1.25 million bidding war for macabre Michael Jackson images
An eight-page medical report on Michael Jackson’s hair-fire accident in the 1980s is not something most normal people would want. It’s for sale, however, according to The Mirror and Lady Gaga is supposedly after it. The price? £1.25 million.
The report, which contains “graphic images” of the singer’s burnt scalp, is for sale with Flatsigned, a Nashville auction house, on behalf of an ambulance driver named Brian McDaniel. He claims to have “found” it in a park bin close to the hospital where Jackson was treated following the 1984 accident.
Gaga, who also goes by the name of “Mother Monster”, has admitted spending $1 million on 55 items of Michael Jackson memorabilia in the last year. She will supposedly display these – and the burns photographs if she is successful in her bid at the auction – in a gallery or fashion museum.
This freakish showcase is one that the public doesn’t need to see. For this reason, we make Lady Gaga our Wally of the Week.
