A Princeton graduate and “hospitality expert”, uber-connected Kyle Hotchkiss Carone grew up in Connecticut and Long Island. A rising star restaurateur, Hotchkiss Carone worked under André Balazs whilst at college and opened what The New York Times has described as a “see-and-be-seen restaurant”, Café Clover, in New York’s West Village in January 2015.
