The co-founder of New York’s Dos Toros Taqueria chain of Mexican eateries with his brother, Leo, Oliver Kremer describes himself as a “stickler for quality”. Originally from Berkeley, California and now based in New York, Kremer “keeps his menu simple” and affordable and has been endorsed by The New York Times, USA Today and The Wall Street Journal. A rap video by the duo titled “Guac It Out” has had over 70,000 views on YouTube.
