Vineyard in Napa, California that previously supplied Opus One and currently supplies Mondavi offered for sale
4120 Dry Creek Road in the Oak Knoll District of Napa, California’s name is a little perplexing given that it produces a product that’s anything but ‘dry’.
Also known as Meadowbrook Farms, the 27-acre estate comes with 17 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon vines and a vast 9,733 square foot house built in 1970. Aside from featuring the most chintzy décor in the land, the residence includes 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 partial bathrooms. There is also a stable block, a carriage house, a guest house and a tennis court.
Described as being situated on land “reminiscent of the English countryside”, the vineyard is one of around 3,300 within the Napa Valley. In total, the district has 16 sub-regions yet surprisingly accounts for just 4% of California’s wine output and 25% of its wine revenues.
Jill Levy of Heritage Sotheby’s International Realty seeks £11.7 million ($14.9 million or €14 million or درهم54.7 million) for Meadowbrook Farms.
