Man who covered 90% of his body in tattoos refused passport because of his ridiculous name
We’ve got nothing against tattoos and surprisingly many of the most unlikely of our readers and contributors even have one or two. A man who changed his name to the King of Ink Land King Body Art The Extreme Ink-Ite, however, has taken it too far but it’s not for having covered 90% of his body in tattoos that he’s hit the headlines but for his equally ludicrous name.
Formerly called Matthew Whelan and described as a “Liberal Democrat activist” by the Mail Online – need we say more – this lunatic has gone as far as having had one of his eyeballs tattooed. His “passion” has cost him £25,000 thus faarbut the reason for him having come to public attention is instead because the Passport Office have declined to issue him a passport baring his new name.
Now, claiming “this is a breach of my human rights”, “Body Art” – as he has now nicknamed himself – is bleating to anyone who’ll listen. This ridiculous individual should get a grip. For that reason, this imbecile just had to be our Wally of the Week.

One wonders who on earth would employ such a person? I hope the Benefits Office also refuses him.
The former Liberal Democrat activist is obviously from a very affluent family, they usually are, he is trying to make a statement, as Hanoi Jane Fonda did during the 1960’s and early 1970’s. Liberals want tolerance, but only for their point of view. They want the poor to be fed and housed but won’t contribute from their huge salaries to help.
They want equal rights for perverted lifestyles but criticise and ridicule religious moral lifestyles. He is not in need of employment or the dole, otherwise he would not have pissed out £25,000 against the wall.
