Killer who claimed she was too fat to go to prison is deservedly jailed
Linda Ann Jenns is a 30-stone woman who killed a jogger after jumping a red light in her Ford Kuga car in Kent. She was described as “grossly overweight” and “morbidly obese” by her barrister and as a woman “who might not get through [a prison sentence]”. Sense has prevailed and now she has been rightly jailed for two-and-a-half years.
Unusually allowed to access Canterbury Crown Court through side doors to avoid the public after an application from her lawyers, Jenns, who also lied to the court and tried to blame the innocent pedestrian she killed for crossing in front of her, should be a lesson to us all: Nobody is above the law.

Horrible woman. She killed an innocent person and then tried to get out of it by a) wrongly blaming her victim and b) using her weight problem to stay out of jail.
Hopefully she now has time to consider her disgusting behaviour and lose some of that weight she feels is such an issue.
This vile creature who was allowed side door entrance (special privilege) to Court should be a lesson to all those thinking that they are exempt from the law just because they are fat, a junkie, mentally ill etc. It looks to me that she has consumed the entire Land Rover Defender cake!! http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-birmingham-33237762
It might be best to put her into solitary confinement just in case she eats the rest of the prisoners?!
