Flame-headed and a mother of four, Victoria Borwick became Conservative Member of Parliament for Kensington in May 2015. A former event organiser, Borwick has been described as looking like Anne Robinson and as “a woman of dizzying briskness and efficiency, more organised than a Filofax, feistier than a longboat of the friskiest Vikings”. Of her, Boris Johnson once commented: “She is a role model for women in politics, and has a wonderful empathy that people respond to”.

If I may say, on a different note, as for her clothing; black and white, and a heavyweight fabric at that, is too harsh for her pretty face and delicate colouring…I’d love to get an opportunity to restyle her in warm Spring / Autumn colours.
Why has this woman not spoken up in support of the Find Madeleine campaign Manthe? It is very disappointing that Lady Borwick hasn’t helped dear Gerry and Kate McCann in their efforts to find their beloved daughter Madeleine. I only support politicians who support Find Madeleine. It is time to do more. Theresa May did a bit but she has gone off the boil and I want to see more. Find Madeleine, find her now, find her.
Wow. Some lady. Tailor made for politics. Good role model for women who want to be active in politics. I do however agree with Manthes’ comments though regarding her dress sense. She needs a word with wardrobe about swopping those stern colours for spring/summer pastels to compliment her hair and face colouring.
