  1. What are the pollution levels like there? It’s effectively like living on a motorway. You couldn’t leave the windows open for long!

  2. Good value in spite of needing redecoration. Anybody would do that anyway. £4350psf is cheap for Mayfair.

  3. Without wishing to come across as offensive, how this can be referred to as ‘cheap for Mayfair’ is beyond me… It is the existence of properties such as this and the blasé attitudes to such outrageous pricing that is indicative of the broader issue with modern society. The finances of someone who would have the financial clout to pay £30m for an 88 year lease on a property (with no outside space) and a £2k per month service charge would surely warrant close inspection also?

I have no objection to people living in nice houses (I live in a sizeable Victorian House in 8 acres in Buckinghamshire worth a substantial amount of money), but this I am afraid goes beyond ludicrous…

  4. Hideous! Redecoration? Where do you start? How about several burly workers with sledgehammers. Clearly several units combined at some earlier date without regard to traffic flow or modern lifestyle. From a Canadian perspective all that hot mess and you don’t even own it at the end of the day.
