Low and high paid TFL employees shown for what they truly are
Bob Crow rightly is taking the brunt of the criticism for the London Underground strikes but it turns out there are two very sets of Transport for London employees who also need to be reigned in.
The first is a lazy London Underground ticket office worker who was photographed sleeping in her chair at Paddington station. Shared on Twitter by the account of @nickiasher (which seems to have since disappeared), here is indication of someone plainly incapable of working. TfL bosses ought to call this employee in and at the very least have her explain her misconduct.
On a more serious note, The Anderson Shelter’s Taxi Leaks blog yesterday reported that the top brass of the inefficiently run TfL got paid salaries far higher than President Obama’s £245,438 pay packet. With one on £650,352 and 300 on salaries of more than £100,000 per year, one must ask: “Where’s the value?”

Much ado about nothing. Rip Van Winkle, a lazy American man, wanders off one day with his dog Wolf into the Catskill mountains where he runs into an odd group of men drinking and playing bowls. He drinks some of their mysterious brew and passes out. When he wakes up under a tree he is astonished to find that 20 years have passed and things are a lot different. The underground ticket officer could not have slept more than 2 hours on the uncomfortable chairs issued by the cruel and uncaring management, it is a violation of their rights.
Rip Van Winkle is the real lazy bastard, he slept for 20 years.
They should sack the top fat cats , cut the pay ,review staff performance and save enough to keep ticket offices open,
