Stuart Lubbock Anniversary

After Matthew Steeples returns to ‘Shaun Attwood’s True Crime Channel’ to discuss 2001 murder of Stuart Lubbock, pathologist who caused “vital weeks to be lost in investigation” is put under interim conditions just before 20th anniversary of the killing

20th anniversary of murder of Stuart Lubbock, 31st March 2021 – Last week, I returned to Shaun Attwood’s True Crime Channel to discuss developments in the case of the 2001 murder of Stuart Lubbock at the home of the since disgraced entertainer Michael Barrymore.

In a 10:19-minute segment (available below) that has been watched over 14,500 times since it was uploaded to YouTube, the main focus was on the recent arrest and bailing of a 50-year-old man in Cheshire in connection with the case, but now with the Mirror revealing yet another development, progress seems to finally being made.

In a report by Adam Aspinall, published on Sunday evening, the paper revealed the pathologist who examined Stuart Lubbock’s body is “now subject to a new investigation by the General Medical Council (GMC) and a series of stringent conditions were placed upon his licence to practise earlier this month (March).”

Dr Michael Heath, the pathologist in question, it was revealed, “is being investigated in relation to serious failings in a post mortem last year after failing to carry out a proper inquiry into a death.”

Given Dr Heath has previously been criticised  for two other “bungled post-mortem examinations” and slammed over the “reliability” of his evidence in other cases, the negligence of this individual after he incorrectly suggested that Stuart Lubbock had drowned deserves to once again be highlighted.

Going further yesterday, Essex Live remarked: “Dr Michael Heath is currently subject to interim conditions” and added:

“Terry Lubbock, the father of Stuart Lubbock, had said he was ‘concerned’ that Dr Heath was still registered and that he should have been ‘struck off years ago,’ the reports say.”

Tomorrow, 31st March 2021, marks the 20th anniversary of the tragic murder of Stuart Lubbock at the home of Michael Barrymore. Tomorrow is also the day that Michael Barrymore and all else present that fateful night should finally come clean and do the decent thing: Tell the truth and help deliver justice just as Terry Lubbock faces his untimely death from terminal cancer.

  1. Jonathan Kenney and Michael Barrymore have a lot of questions to answer. Barrymore prefers going on Piers Morgan type shows however. Sick bastard.

  2. Well, hopefully we will see Barrymore charged soon, it should have happened 20 years ago, the guy is a compulsive liar. Anybody that can go on a paid TV show to try and make themselves look good, rather than even bother to speak to the father, particularly when they have terminal cancer, is a dispicable piece of work. I hope justice is seen to be done very soon in this case.
