Anthony Smart

Anthony is an independent food writer and journalist who has spent his life sampling delicious delights and whose grandfather was Field Marshal Montgomery’s personal chef during the Normandy campaign and also a senior instructor at Westminster Technical College. In his spare time Tony has been known to prepare his favourite dish of game pie with oysters and maintains an expansive wine collection at his home near Lymington, Hampshire.
