Gordon Ramsay’s alleged former mistress Sarah Symonds shares her thoughts on what may have caused trouble and strife in the marriage of Nigella Lawson and Charles Saatchi
Sarah Symonds, a lady who has variously claimed to have been the mistress of both Gordon Ramsay and Lord Archer, took to Facebook last week to offer advice to Nigella Lawson on her marital problems.
On her wall, Symonds, whom the Mail Online described as a “professional mistress” in 2011, posted the following:
“Nigella Lawson should’ve taken her husband’s surname when she married Charles Saatchi. He feels emasculated. Still wrong what he did though of course!”
Symonds, whose claims were vehemently denied by Ramsay, now runs a business named Wife School. On the company’s homepage she states: “I believe the secret to a happy and interesting marriage is to think like a mistress”. Perhaps, next, she’ll suggest that Nigella’s problems stem from not behaving like that.

Some advice…
It is wrong to give the oxygen of publicity to people who are mad, bad and dangerous to know.
We are happy to hand such people rope.
