Lady Meyer applies to build a “closet wing”
The wife of the former ambassador Sir Christopher Meyer, once described as “Chanel-clad” by The Telegraph, has applied to The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea to build a number of closets at a property she recently purchased just off the Kings Road.
In the application to alter 17 Lincoln Street, London, SW3 2TP, which adjoins the Al-Dar kebab shop and which was recently marketed at a price of offers in excess of £2,650,000, Meyer seeks to gain permission for the:
“Construction of [a] two storey rear closet wing extension, alterations to front lightwell, removal of metal steps under front steps. Internal alterations, including reinstating the house as a single family unit”.
How terribly fashionable.

but equally….how terribly uninteresting…can’t think what these peoples’ house plans have to do with us….or am I missing something?
Matthew rightly took her on as did The Telegraph’s Mandrake columnist. She is a bad, bad woman.
What a vile bitch of a woman. I encountered her once and she pointed at me. She is someone who should be shunned.
