Amanda Eliasch’s Rats’ Tails blog is both thought provoking and fun
Amanda Eliasch evoked a Twitter storm when she recently made what was actually a very truthful comment about the London property market in stating you get very little for a budget of £10 million. This writer, poet and photographer is, in our humble opinion, a breath of fresh air and we make her blog, Rats’ Tails, our Website of the Week.
On it, Eliasch shares stories that are relevant and current but what is refreshing is that she does so in a way that is both thought provoking and fun. Here, you are just as likely to find something analysing politics and religion as you are an article on the Venice Film Festival and the one thing that we think is truly great is that Amanda Eliasch never minces her words.
We agree wholeheartedly with Eliasch’s condemnation of Vivienne Westwood’s attack on Great Britain and found her insights into social media fascinating. The Rats’ Tails blog is one that we believe our readers will very much enjoy. We urge you to take the time to explore it.

Thank you so much for supporting me and I am sorry I stood you up. Back on the 22nd and will give you lunch.
I urge Amanda to use her website and wealth to do something good. She ought to donate time and money to the Find Madeleine campaign. Dear Gerry and Kate McCann need funds to help find their beloved Madeleine.
I can’t understand why Matthew doesn’t ban you for being a bore
Why not, great idea.
Piss off.
Gillian Trott is a relentlessly repetitive bore. So maybe I shall repeat this previous post of mine to counter her drivel:
“I wonder how much the egregious Gillian Trott has cost the McCanns?
Her constant repetition of injunctions to support them in their quest, surely has put off any reader who might have considered such support? Her ill-considered inanities are bewildering. I do wish she would stop.
Peter Wayde is right. She IS “a sad and stupid woman””
I don’t like swearing but I like you.
GIANT ILL ROT
Keep up the good work Amanda; I am now aware of you through Matthew, and am certainly going to take interest
Miss lLL ROT is a latter day Lord Soper; but without the fluency and sagacity
Think of her as some ill chosen balsamic vinegar sloshed on your perfectly chosen food
