Range Rover that transported Prince George on his first journey sells in a charity auction
Used by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge as their personal vehicle, a Range Rover Vogue SE that collected the newborn Prince George from St Mary’s hospital sold yesterday in a charity auction for £80,000 – £20,000 less than the £100,000 sum it was expected to reach.
Aside from its standard features, the 4.4-litre diesel car was equipped with an electronic folding towbar, a panoramic sunroof and five parking cameras.
Proceeds from the sale will go to SunscreenIT and Stand Down. SunscreenIT supplies technology and computer training to the developing world; Stand Down supports armed forces veterans in the event of psychiatric injury.

Hope they give the money to charity and don’t buy 500 year old scottish whisky with it?!
