This floor plan illustrates how small each room in the flat truly is

Offered by Jackson-Stops & Staff and just 1,004 square foot in size, a ground and basement flat at 35 Ovington Square has has two bathrooms and two bedrooms (but neither is large: one is just 12’6” by 8’4” in size) and ten percent of the total floor space comes in the form of two open vaults.

For sale on a lease that has just 33 years remaining, the apartment is subject to a ground rent of £1,250 per annum and a service charge of £2,629 per annum. It is anything but a veritable bargain.

    1. What a charming maisonette, with an Italian style patio and open vault. Worth a lot more than they are asking. Better a box in Knightsbridge, Kensington, or Chelsea, that a mansion Up North.

      • I fear you are wrong, David, to enfranchise that short lease with a ground rent of that magnitude will cost you an arm and a leg. Jackson, Stops have sensibly priced it as they know idiots will bid it up.
