Gentlemen – especially those with money – aren’t the easiest people to buy gifts for at any time of year, but here I’ve chosen five Christmas gifts for him that will appeal and are suitable for those on budgets both large and small:

The problem with the socks is not so much the colour, but the length
You are right about the shoes. Much better value than Tod’s. I’ve noticed the quality of their shoes to have declined as the prices have gone up. I paid over £300 for a pair and they lasted only months. Very disappointing and I did buy a pair of the Fairfax ones after a previous Steeples Times feature and they are really hardwearing as well as comfortable and looking swell.
