Such information is available via the links we share in our articles as they go to the sites. Our stories are more human interest than technical specification but in this case the brochure link provides the information. I am told a further 90 years on the lease will cost around £55k.
Yes and No….most agents…unless it’s a long lease or share of f/h don’t put it in the details so you are forced to ring them and waste time extracting simple info. They don’t include so they can try to persuade you to enfranchise
