Rolf Harris finally gives a sign that he accepts his conviction
If yesterday’s revelations by The Sunday People are true, in making secret offers to pay compensation to his victims, the disgraced entertainer Rolf Harris has finally come to accept that he is guilty of horrific crimes against children and others.
Guilty of twelve sex attacks on girls as young as 13, Harris has supposedly asked his lawyers to offer compensation to his alleged victims as an attempt to stave offer further claims as more alleged victims of his crimes come forward.
Of the offers, one alleged victim, a woman now aged 85, remarked:
“How he thinks he can give you money to shut up and go away is sick. Harris was always so arrogant and thought he could get away with anything. He just can’t accept he was caught”.
Elsewhere, Marketing magazine revealed that Paddy Power scrapped an advertising campaign featuring Harris earlier this month. Featuring an image of the paedophile, the advert was accompanied by the caption: “The only Aussie we don’t want to get out”. A spokesman for the company remarked: “We decided that, on balance, although potentially amusing for the cricket fan, the sentiment of the advert crossed the line and had the potential to cause offence”.

I am not sure why being gay is such a big deal. By the fact he does not accept publically he is gay throws doubt on him being gay. Maybe he is not gay but a peodophile which of course then means you have to admit being attracted sexually to children. It is a tangled web because if your sexuality is that of a peodophile (1 in 5 latest statistics) that means by definition your sexuality breaks the law, just like being gay did years ago. Having sex with children is wrong in my world just like some adults cannot come to terms with homosexuals. I just hope the law will never be passed to lower the age of consent like PIE tried to do in the 70’s. Peodophilia really is a taboo that needs exploring otherwise thousands of children are still going to be at risk for many years to come. Guard your kids with your life, is what I would advise!
The Law is entangled in a web of deceit and double standards. It only works for some and not others.
