Former lead investigator in Madeleine McCann case predicted latest development involving German paedophile in April 2019; he suggested the man would be made a “scapegoat” by Scotland Yard
Amongst all the hubbub of the last 24 hours surrounding the “identification of a German sex offender as the key suspect” in the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, it has been conveniently forgotten that the former lead detective in the case, Goncalo Amaral, predicted such a development back in April 2019.
With nearly £12 million of public money spent on this case thus far, an ending – happy or otherwise – would bring closure for all involved. Yet, with British cops again recently grubbing around for yet more funding, this actually not so new ‘development’ actually could instead be primarily about helping that endeavour.
In April last year, Amaral – who had focused his inquiries onto a German paedophile without success in 2008 – told Australia’s News 9 (through an interpreter):
“Scotland Yard are preparing the end of the case. They are going to a use a German paedophile who is in jail in Germany at this time. He is going to be the scapegoat for it. I don’t how they will start it, but that will be the big ending. This will be the conclusion of the case.”
Significantly, Scotland Yard and the mainstream media seem to have now forgotten all about this.
Missing Madeleine – Questions STILL without Answers
Many questions about what happened on the evening of the disappearance of Madeleine McCann remain. Some that have been highlighted by the press and discussed online include:
Why did Kate McCann refuse to answer 48 questions put to her by the Portuguese police?
Why were certain records of phone calls on the evening of the disappearance “whoosh-clunked”from the memories of the phones of Mr and Mrs McCann and the ‘Tapas 9’?
Why did a British sniffer dog sense the smell of a corpse in a cupboard in the apartment from which Madeleine McCann disappeared?
Why did a sniffer dog also supposedly sense the smell of a corpse in a vehicle hired by the couple a month after the disappearance of their daughter?
Why did Mr and Mrs McCann go jogging and play tennis in the days after their daughter’s disappearance?
Was it acceptable for Mr and Mrs McCann’s mortgage to be paid by the fund established to search for their missing daughter?

The McCanns should have been prosecuted for child neglect. No responsible parent leaves three children all by themselves in an apartment. Anything could have happened and something did.

Yeh well, dream on dreamer. I can’t understand why we have all the fruit loops coming out of the woodwork, every time this case is brought up. If her parents had nothing to do with her disappearance, they should still be ashamed of themselves for leaving her alone while they go out dining.
The parents are innocent and it is disgusting that they get so much abuse. Gerry and Kate McCann did nothing that no other parent would have done. They are victims in this conspiracy but I do worry about them going for risotto with that paedophile Clement Freud.

This entire article is based on conspiracy theories and apparent witness accounts that later turned out to be unreliable. Example- a very simple google search reveals that Amaral was removed from his post as a result of making wild theories and unsubstantiated accusations against the McCanns- accusations that were later dismissed as a result of actual evidence and multiple different witness accounts. I suspect the reason ‘major news outlets’ are not covering this angle of the story is because they realised that it was made by a desperate man with a grudge against the Met for pushing fabricated accusations.
The ‘many unanswered questions’ that the author poses are not difficult to answer. Just picture yourself in the situation where your daughter is no longer in the room where you left her to sleep- imagine the panic, fear and anger – you will be somewhere close to understanding aspects of the seemingly irrational behaviour exhibited by the parents in the days after.
The sniffer dog ‘questions’ are particularly laughable- a simple search will tell you that such accounts are unreliable.
People love a good conspiracy theory and sadly articles like that are heavily biased and actively ignoring important facts do an injustice to journalism. In life, the simplest answer is often the correct answer – as the facts suggest in the case of Madeline McCann. The author should do some actual research instead of regurgitating gossip.

Conclusion…one Will never know until there is evidence and there already is, so why is It being ignored? The chances are that she woke Up looking for her parents and at 3 years of are, kids are susceptible to dangers as they are too Young …she hurt herself and died is the likeliest theory and they had to do a cover Up…the most logical event is this
Whether or not Madeline McCann was taken or killed by accident…. her parents are responsible for leaving their children alone in that apartment. That in itself is not responsible. The children could have started a fire, opened the windows and fell, got hold of kitchen knives or suffocated, drowned in a bath or got scolded by hot water and no half hourly visits to check would stop that. It was a grave error of judgement on their behalf and they should be charged with child neglect given that they denounced any responsibility! They refer to being in the restaurant as being in your own back garden but that is not quite the same. In your own back garden you know who is there and you would not leave your kids in the house at that age while you were outside unless you were risk takin. Its the denial by Kate And Gerry of their own responsibility (for leaving the kids unattended) that is infuriating. No-one would leave their children unattended in a new resort at that age unless they were asking for trouble. They have learnt their lesson. But to make up stories to conceal what did happen is serious. They fear consequences.
