Boris Johnson surmised the views of the nation in a Facebook post on Thursday

 

Mayor of London Boris Johnson spoke for the nation on Thursday when he shared a photo of Ed Miliband on Facebook. The caption that accompanied it was just brilliant and we make it The Steeple Times Quote of the Week.

Aside an image of Miliband on a lectern on a somewhat empty rugby pitch, Johnson commented:

 

“Under Miliband every field will be supplied with a lectern in case Mili wants to address the grass”.

 

In doing so, Johnson summed up the views of the majority on this frankly ridiculous politician. Anyone who votes for Miliband has to have been on the grass and we join with all those who are firmly of the belief that Miliband is best, instead, put out to pasture.
