Now Alison Saunders has been proven wrong for having failed to charge Lord Janner with child sex offences, she should resign or be sacked
Having repeatedly failed to bring criminal proceedings against Lord Janner for 22 allegations of offences against children between 1969 and 1988, the Director of Public Prosecutions, Alison Saunders, CB, was deservedly criticised. Now that this hapless woman’s actions have been proven to be wrong by an independent inquiry, it is time that she did the decent thing and resign.
Today, the Daily Mail reports that is expected that the Crown Prosecution Service will perform a full-scale U-turn and finally issue legal proceedings against the Labour peer. In doing so, it has been suggested they will then pursue a course of action involving a ‘trial of facts’ – where a jury can hear the evidence against an individual deemed not well enough to stand trial – in due course.
As one alleged victim, Paul Miller, pointed out: “It’s great news but Alison Saunders should be sacked. Her position is now untenable”. He is right: Our Wally of the Week must either stand down or be pushed.
Update: 11.05am, 29th June: The case against Lord Janner will be heard at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 7th August.

Alison Saunders book will be entitled “Don’t forget to remember me” The Lord has forgotten…. It is a travesty, a bloody circus.
Unfortunately there are many people in prison at the moment who have been abused by political pressure for publicity for fraud cases , etc. All cheap publicity for failing government departments ! Oh how that table has turned. Officials take these posts and should stand and be counted when it all goes wrong !!!

The establishment implement and enforce safeguarding laws regarding children in care on the small people working in the grass roots. The law makers don’t necessarily follow their own rules and laws. The establishment presented with a disease known as malignant narcissism.
She’s involved in the McCann case isn’t she. She went to Portugal a couple of years ago. She must have given the go ahead on behalf of the CPS because it’s ongoing. Let’s hope Janner was the only thing she’s got wrong. Poor child needs justice.
Saunders should herself be investigated about her roll in paedophilia! She [ALLEGEDLY] knew Janner was guilty, and she [ALLEGEDLY] used her powers to help him! The problem is the Police enforcing Political Correctness and ignoring common sense and not prioritising investigations. The problems of a Liberal Police Force. Child sex offenders have rights.

It makes no difference, she is useless, her position is untenable and she brings the government in disrepute. It will be difficult to convince the general public that there was no cover-up.
My whole point is if she’s making a living out of covering up for paedophiles at high levels, some may argue the little girl might not get the justice she deserves if there is any paedophilia involved. It’s one of a few theories but it seems quite a popular one given the parents were linked to the then current labour government prior to the child’s disappearance. This was the same government that Tony Blair stopped Operation Ore and slapped a D Notice on it. Why he did that was anyone’s guess. It was an investigation into paedophilia at high level. It’s well worth a google and maybe one day a journalist with balls will pick it up and run with it, especially as D Notices aren’t enforcible.
The reality is that the political correct term for paedophilia is “People attracted to children”, the film industry especially in Hollywood have attempted for years to make sex with children a socially acceptable norm, as the success they have already achieved making gay marriage and transgender issues, socially acceptable with their lobby, they feel they can reach this goal. It will not be long before they start to lobby for equality for “people attracted to children”, the right to date your 4 year old child, of course not their children. This was the aims of PIE in the 1970’s. They will control those who oppose their objectives with Political Correct sanctions as they are already doing by calling it a hate crime….
