TOWIE’s Lauren Goodger is the only client to publicly stand by Max Clifford
Loyalty to ones friends is an admirable trait but there are times when the only option is to cut ones ties. It seems highly unlikely but even Hitler might have nice as a little boy. The truth is, however, that anyone who admitted to having been his friend as his evil empire fell would be deservedly lambasted. In coming out in support of the family of “sex fiend” Max Clifford, Lauren Goodger of The Only Way Is Essex has put herself in just such a position. This naïve fame-seeker should consider her position and apologise to those who Clifford preyed upon.
In a column for New! magazine, Goodger commented:
“Obviously, it is a really upsetting and sad time for everyone at the company… There’s not much I can say, but I’m very loyal to everyone who looks after me. I just want to send my love to his family at this difficult time”.
Lauren Goodger makes a most deserved Wally of the Week but in fact, we’ll go further and make her our Dunce of the Decade: Shame on this stupid, irrelevant desperado.

Why? Were his family on trial?
Anne Dunhill: His daughter was [allegedly] in the jacuzzi with him and a victim during one of the incidents he was convicted for. That she has stood by him is shameful. He might be her father, but he is as Matthew points out a “sex fiend” and a convicted criminal now. His family and clients should all disown him. Lauren Goodger’s insensitive remarks are appalling, heartless and a stab in the hearts of the poor victims.
Your thought process plainly is addled by the fact that you also love being in the media in relation to the book you are writing about your own affair with Sir Jeremy Isaacs. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-2612622/Channel-4-s-founder-spurned-lover-won-t-let-write-life-Anne-Dunhill-plans-reveal-affair-Sir-Jeremy-Isaacs.html Seriously.
No but that his wife of four years knew that he kept a letter from one of the victims in his bedside cabinet speaks volumes as does the fact that his daughter described the testimonies of another victim as “the rantings of a mad woman” is equally relevant. Max Clifford peddled lies for many years and he plainly taught those around him well. It is shameful that an individual – a desperado fame seeker, in fact – like Lauren Goodger comes out with such silly remarks. Clifford’s family lived off his ill gotten gains for many years. They will now deservedly pay the price when the victims rightfully sue him for all that he’s got.
