In December 2013, she described Farage as looking “like somebody [who] has put their finger up [their] bottom and [who] really rather likes it” whilst earlier that year, the Speaker told her “to sit there and be quiet or to leave the chamber” after she heckled a fellow MP. What we need is a network of Immigration Committees throughout the UK.
The composition of each committee would be a panel of those who came to this country in recent years and who have made a success here….whether business, medicine, law etc These would be the cream of their communities committed to the UK and with a deep understanding of what it takes to be part of society.
If the immigrant did not fit their demanding criteria they would be turned down.
It’s recent and successfully integrated immigrants who as fed up with the rubbish we allow in, as long established residents.

Every cloud has a silver lining, we will all be able to get stoned on weed without the fear of prosecution. It can’t be all that bad, Jack Straw’s son Will is standing for a seat as a Labour candidate on merit. Weed has stood him in good stead. I guess Anna is a rising star, in the sense of lateral thinking. Let us all get stoned, we are all equal at the end of the day.
