Despite having suffered a traumatic brain injury (TBI), Herefordshire born Hannah Wick displays passion and gusto that’s hard to find. A former buyer at Harvey Nichols, London based Wick now blogs about “Wickles’ wonderful world” and shares thoughts on “TBI, fashion, dining and travel”. She is a true inspiration and in 2015, the BBC produced a revealing feature on her journey towards recovery.

I do not know her but what an inspiration. Hannah has plainly shown courage and determination and she truly deserves her place on your list of influence.
I know Hannah through my daughter who also had a TBI, they were featured in the same documentary on BBC3 and later BBC1 in 2015; she is a true inspiration to others. Well done Hannah, I am so pleased for you and I shall follow your blog xx
Hannah is a joy. So determined and with a lovely sense of humour. I met her, of course, at one of your shindigs Matthew. Glad to see she has gone from strength to strength.
Lovely gentle unpretentious girl, she was always at Matthew’s house parties and good company. Not many like her around.
Hannah cannot help but be a true inspiration to every generation, it takes a unique person to be able to do this in such a positive and selfless way. I will also be following your blog.
Thank you Matthew for this extremely kind post of yours. And thank you for all of your lovely comments! I greatly appreciate support from people like yourselves. Xx
Hannah Wick is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Kind, generous, modest and always a light to others. She deserves every happiness. Great things are in store for her and the people she shines upon.
Lovely gorgeous Hannah, an inspiration to us all. You go girl! Love and friendship always.
I hope she continues to make progress: she certainly seems to have the determination to do so.
Brave girl
