Convicted of first-degree murder in 2004 simply for lending his car to a friend and housemate named William Allen, Jr. who killed a drug dealer, Holle is serving a life sentence without parole at the Graceville Correctional Facility in Florida. The victim’s father, Terry Snyder, commented: “It never would have happened unless Ryan Holle had lent the car. It was as good as if he was there”. This is utter tosh. Holle had no criminal record, was asleep at the time of the killing and had loaned the car countless times before without incident. Shame on the system that jailed him for life.
are they mad ! So if a man kills with a gun doe the gun seller get charged! Or perhaps the mother that gave birth to him ! If Terry Synder hadn’t let his soon house share he wouldn’t be dead!
It’s awful to lose a child but don’t blame someone else for the loss !
Well said. I agree with you.
He should be pardoned.
It is not justice based on the Holy Bible. It is Liberal justice based on the principle that the criminal elements are a protected class, and somebody had to pay. Don’t lend anything to friends in Florida and be extra nice and friendly to criminals. Lie back and enjoy it, we are also on our way there.
There must be more to it than meets the eye. The American justice system is a law to itself but even there not every judge and jury are complete morons. Dagmar Lowe
In the land of the blind, the one eyed man is king. The juries seemed to be cherry picked to suit each individual case. Perhaps American visitors to this site can give their input, so that we can get a better appreciation of the situation.
The law here is perverse. This wouldn’t happen in Great Britain. We should follow the Brits and change our ways.
Finally I find you supporting an innocent person. About time. Now come on, write something nice about dear Gerry and Kate McCann and their campaign to find their kidnapped dearly beloved Madeleine.
