Despite remaining under house arrest, disgraced athlete turned killer Oscar Pistorius has plainly not learnt any humblesse
A picture paints a thousand words and an image shared by Oscar Pistorius’ aunt, Lois, on Twitter on Sunday is perhaps one of the most offensive of the year. In it, the athlete turned girlfriend killer is pictured with children grinning like a Cheshire cat despite being currently still under house arrest for the 2013 slaying of his then girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.
Purportedly taken to mark Pistorius’ birthday and shockingly liked 204 times, the photograph is illustrative of the fact that the Pistorius clan think it is acceptable to move on. The world should not forget Reeva Steenkamp and they should not forget that Oscar Pistorius is nothing but a cowardly killer whose sentence has not yet been completed. May this image be a reminder to everyone everywhere.

The bastard should have been sent to jail for life. The fact that he wasn’t is proof to the world of the despicable level of corruption present in South Africa.How could anyone believe that Pistorius woke up one night and upon finding that his girlfriend wasn’t sleeping beside him, decides to unload his pistol through a lavatory door without even shouting a warning to the “intruder” he presumes is occupying it rather than his girlfriend? As if someone would break into his house and then decide to go upstairs to take a dump! If I was Reeva’s father I would take a contract out on the scumbag and his death would not be quick either, I would stake him out in the bush and let the hyenas eat his face off while he was still alive.
This is what I believe –
They had been drinking and fighting – Reeva had been taunting him about his physical prowess; comparing him with a fit ruby player with whom she was close……..
The prosecuting Lawyer in the case was the bore to end all bores
Pistorius has more influential friends than her family
Tell me I am wrong……..
This is a massive kick in the teeth for Reeva and her family. He clearly has no conscience.
He should be jailed for life, no bail, no redemption measures, he is a vicious killer , and it is a disgrace for the legal system that he is still out , the house arrest is a parody of justice. It is distressing and deeply disappointing that the South African Justice has not nailed down this monster and attribute him the punishment he deserves.
I really think capital punishment should be brought back for such callous and heinous murderers.
I don’t think he is all smiles now that events have over taken him. It’s back to jail and do not pass go. 10 years would be sweet.
Really good news that Justice has finally prevailed .
As the date for sentencing this murderer gets closer, he will doubtless disappear, with the assistance of his powerful friends and become the latter-day Lord Lucan.
