Exposing Traditional Britain

After far-right Traditional Britain Group is exposed in an ITV documentary, oddball founder and ex-jailbird Gregory Lauder-Frost responds

Last night ITV screened an hour long documentary that “examined the resurgence of the far right in Britain; its expansion on and use of the Internet and social media; the internationalization of the far right with cooperation and contact between groups and individuals on a scale not seen before; the recruiting of more women and young people to different groups, and the impact that this is having on British society.”

In Exposure’s Undercover – Inside Britain’s New Far Right, produced by David Henshaw, not only did several courageous journalists go undercover within far right organisations but one also managed to infiltrate a meeting of the crackpot Traditional Britain Group in Mayfair, London. At that gathering, the compere was heard to suggest that there are “10 million aliens in this country who are ‘producing children all the time’” and referenced the group’s policy of seeking “voluntary repatriation of aliens to their natural homelands.”

In response, Gregory MacLennan Scholey Lauder-Frost (or ‘GLF’ to his mates) – a previous The Steeple Times ‘Moron of the Moment’, a man jailed in 1992 for theft and an individual prone to such remarks as describing Baroness Lawrence OBE, the community relations campaigner and mother of the late Stephen Lawrence, as “no friend of the English people” and “a complete nobody” – issued a statement defending the ragbag organisation he founded in 2001. In it, he branded Hope Not Hate as “far left… communists” and claimed “the TBG does not hate anyone… [but] we would prefer it if they remained at home.”

Elsewhere, in a video shared on YouTube, another farcical fool named Martin Sellner – the leader of the Austrian New Right movement – referenced the Traditional Britain Group’s members as “very British characters” and “patriots.” Plainly, he’s never met the likes of Lauder-Frost and the ‘Half Biscuit’ Viscount St Davids fan Benjamin Duncan.

  1. Greggers speaks much sense!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Australia is making itself MAGA by turning back the boats and you f***ers in the UK should do the same!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No more nasty $$$$$$ seekers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Ben Duncan – What is he thinking joining this vile collection? I got the impression all he liked doing was fake tan and parading around parties in Belgravia.

  3. Am I to understand that to be on the liberal left is ok and the use of social media etc while anyone with a different viewpoint using the same methods of promotion should be stopped. Not the democracy I joined up to!!

    1. Abuse can come from the far left or the far right. Most lunatics I’ve personally encountered (and I speak as someone who has been involved in several especially unpleasant incidents) are right wing, racist and weirdly love animals more than humans. This article, however, was about a television programme that seems to have upset an especially unpleasant crank, Gregory Lauder-Frost.

  4. Some very nasty people out there. I made the mistake of supporting Brexit and now I regret the country that came about as a result. Very sad to witness in my declining years.

  5. Yet another incident where Steeples makes fun of the plight of the innocent decent heroic gent Viscount St David – Rhodri was taken from the arms of his loving wife and child and you make fun of it. Disgusting and I think Gregory makes rightful points too.

  6. Has Mr Steeples *ever* met Mr Lauder-Frost? If not, how can he write these defamatory articles?
Or is his knowledge purely media-based, therefore Left-wing.

    1. So, anyone who disagrees with you and Lauder-Frost is plainly “left-wing”.

      What rot.

And why do you use two email accounts to write to us and two names? You trip yourself up by having sent them both from the same IP address.

  7. One can see from the tenor of this article, and from the deliberate choice of a dreadful photo of the subject, that the writer is far more odious than Gregory Lauder-Frost, a popular and much-liked person.

    1. A second comment from the same IP address. What a lot of support your chum has. The man is a disgrace and has a criminal conviction.

    2. The photograph is public domain and Lauder-Frost chose to give the interview. If he seeks out publicity, such is life.

As for Lauder-Frost being “much-liked”, I don’t think the large number of people of people who protested outside his workplace (he boasts about that) would agree with you.

And why do you use two email accounts to write to us and two names? You trip yourself up by having sent them both from the same IP address.

    3. I can see only that the wind changed and his face got stuck that way. Poetic justice given his ridiculously pompous fake Wikipedia page.

  8. Let us remove the hysteria and examine with a bit of forensic skill why often quite good people are drawn to political extremes.
The other day, a violent Somalian was awarded £80,000 by an idiot High Court judge. The judicial reasoning was that the Home Office, led by the utterly useless Rudd, has falsely imprisoned him prior to deporting him.
Our Somalian friend had a string of convictions for acts of violence. How he must have laughed.
We readers of the ST are more blessed than others. We lived lives untouched by crime or the problems of suddenly finding that a community that was once friendly has been highjacked by religionists with little tolerance for British values.
My wife is Japanese. I can assure you that when you go to live in Japan you do it their way or it’s the highway.
The point I make is a simple one.
The tolerance of the indigenous British has been stretched to breaking point by a political class that treats constituents as idiots. The net result is that the likes of Lauder-Frost gain entry.
We know that Ethel Jones is simpleminded so we excuse her idiocy in inferring that Brexit has changed the character of this country. Apart from the USA no country has been as welcoming to refugees as this one.
If politicians actually listened then we would not see the rise of the extreme right or the extreme left.

  9. Teehee.

I rather assume that undergarments have become twisted over the criticisms posted elsewhere of the role of this page in having a man imprisoned for giving his rightful opinion.

A very unBritish thing to do, but that really depends on the expectation that one has of the originator. If not very high, then of course it’s to be expected.

Give them the tools and we would all be in the oubliette for having expressed an unfavoured opinion. Still the rag needs publicity I suppose.
