Lord BoothbyEton and Oxford educated paedophile Lord Boothby was Parliamentary Private Secretary to Winston Churchill from 1926 to 1929. An advocate of the UK’s entry into the European Community and the subject of This Is Your Life in 1963, this fat, twice married bisexual has been linked to the Elm Guest House scandal, had relationships with such people as the East End cat burglar Leslie Holt and the gangster Ronnie Kray and also appears in photographs with Sir Cliff Richard. Boothby is also connected to the suspected serial killer Dr John Bodkin Adams via his thirty year affair with Harold Macmillan’s wife, Dorothy. Lady Macmillan’s brother, the 19th Duke of Devonshire, “died suddenly” in the doctor’s presence. A vile monster and lover of “masochistic sex with rent boys”, Lord Boothby met Hitler in 1932 and later commented: “I detected the unmistakable glint of madness in his eyes”. The remark might have better been used to describe his very own person.
